Dyson CR01 washing machine Exactly 10 yr old…been a great machine until recently when the outer door lock has started to be temperamental The fix is easy….a new Dyson Outer Door Lock Assembly – £39.25 from (www.espares.co.uk) and then follow the instruction on (www.howtomendit .com) to fix it…about 30 minutes to fix…….well that’s what I would have done……but the wife…….pick up the phone and order a new machine!!!!! well happy birthday darling, I know its your favourite appliance….who am I to de nigh you the delights of a new toy! She has also been frustrated with an occasional F15 code fault…..which with a simple reset…goes away for a time and the machine works fine for a while. So….I have to say, this is for parts / not working (although it does run fine when the lock does not lock the machine out and needs resetting)…..although for 30mins work and a new door lock…..it could work fine. So if you are a bit handy….and want a bargain….here it is……..and you will save me the hassle of dragging it to the tip.
